Paco Tantaco, CHIEF Executive officer

Paco Tantoco is a Senior in the Georgetown College of Arts and Sciences, double majoring in English and Economics. This is his fifth semester in GGC, having previously served as a Consultant and a two-time Project Manager, leading projects based in Pakistan and Rwanda. Outside of GGC, Paco has worked in a wide range of sectors, most recently in the tech space as an operations intern at Uber. He is also deeply passionate about development, having served as co-chair for his local chapter of nonprofit Gawad Kalinga, where he created and implemented educational programs for out-of-school teenagers. In his free time, he enjoys reading, scuba diving, and mountaineering. He is originally from Manila, Philippines.


Meghan Mandi, Chief Financial Officer

Meghan Mandi is a junior in the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She is majoring in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA) as well as minoring in computer science and completing a certificate in International Business Diplomacy (IBD) . Meghan is interested in studying the intersection between emerging technologies and business growth and development, especially in the international development sector. This is her fifth semester in GGC and she has previously served as a consultant, senior consultant, and Director of Public Relations. Meghan has gained international experience while working with an educational non-profit in Panama City. In her free time, she enjoys pottery, cooking, and yoga. Meghan originally hails from Voorhees, New Jersey.


Alesha Gulamhusein, chief operating officer

Alesha Gulamhusein is a Senior in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. She is a Finance and Operations double major as well as a Global Business Fellow.  This is her sixth semester in GGC and she has perviously served as a Project Manager for projects in Malawi and Haiti, as well as the Director of Human Resources. Alesha is originally from Dubai and has on the ground experience working for non-profits in Dubai, India and Nepal. She has also previously worked as a Business Risk Service Analyst in the advisory firm, Grant Thornton, providing training and educational resources to companies in the healthcare, technology and government sectors. This past summer she worked in the Corporate Banking division at Citibank in New York, and she will be returning after graduation.
